Calendar of events

The Investment

The FoundHER Strategic Circle is £450 per month/£4900 annually.

  • Time commitment to attend quarterly board meetings, monthly mini resets.

  • Committed to a minimum 6 month term, then 3 months notice

  • 2 hours of your time per month to the ‘pay it forward’ initiative to support others in your circle.

  • Book straight in for a call with us to chat through the circle and to work out if it is a good fit for you, right now.

    *We may book a follow on interview if we can't get all of the information from this initial call.

    You may be invited to join the circle, given a conditional offer based on completion of some key areas, or, signposted to other key services on offer through the strategic circle, or sister company Real World Consultancy if the circle isn't the right match at this moment in time.

  • Once your application is accepted we will assign you to the most appropriate circle. Before meeting the other members you’ll have a 1-1 strategy planning session with Emma.

  • Pay £2800* for the first 6 months membership, and get a 6 month one to one coaching package included (Worth £800), and a free strategy day ( Worth £1500) *Must be paid in one instalment, if you are Worcestershire based you may be able to claim 50% back via Skillsboost

Meet your chair

Emma, Founder and MD of Award-Winning business Real World Consultancy and The Strategic Circle.

As an award-winning business owner, Emma has a proven track record of helping small businesses overcome growth barriers. She founded Real World Consultancy in 2018 which to date has helped over 600 business owners to scale, and subsequently established The Strategic Circle in 2024.

Before creating RWC, Emma's background was across Portfolio Management ranging from delivery of large-scale programmes of change, to creation of company wide frameworks, through to board level strategic frameworks and consultancy at a senior level. Throughout this time, Emma's strengths in facilitation shone through consistently and she has always been seen as 'the facilitator of change'. This background fed her passion for strategic growth at a senior level, and while she was happy to leave behind the formality of board meetings and stringent governance frameworks at a corporate level, the key learnings and best practices have followed her to bring the 'best parts' of governance into the circle.

Emma is known for her engaging style. She is fast-paced and enthusiastic, which is infectious and can make even the driest of topics (like strategy and OKRs!) something you want to do and, not only that, enjoy! After all, what is growth if it isn't enjoyable?
