It started with a post-it note

"I founded The Strategic Circle in 2023 as a sister company to Real World Consultancy (RWC), an award-winning business coaching company I established in 2018.

It all started with a simple post-it note that read "Think Like a CEO." This idea has evolved over the years, inspiring me to create The Strategic Circle.

While coaching numerous businesses myself, and watching the team support over 600 business owners, I noticed a clear pattern:

  1. leaders who positioned themselves at CEO level (irrespective of title) and held themselves to account to that level, saw greater progress.

  2. Those most successful in their growth not only worked on themselves consistently through coaching, but had regular strategy planning sessions, a crystal clear and reportable strategy.

  3. They held themselves to account from a higher level of ‘board’. Be it from a non-exec director, a formal board, or involvement in a peer-board.

  4. Finally, those who grew their portfolio of business ideas sustainably, were fully aligned and took action which was congruent with their personal goals.

Inspired by this insight, I created The Strategic Circle, a unique community designed to empower ambitious leaders. Our goal is to do the hard work to identify what mechanisms and services are the most successful to grow strategically, and to provide them as one simplified framework and service! “
